"…we have been dealing with more female CFOs and commercial sales reps and I thought it was important that we be aware of women’s issues, of what it’s like to be in that role and to work with men in what is traditionally our role. I hired a consultant, Nancy Cantor, to teach my staff how to communicate with women, how they want a transaction to go. And she holds leadership development seminars with our female employees. It was a good business decision but also the right thing to do."

Andy is a third-generation president of Rodenhiser Plumbing of Holliston. In his spare time, he supports the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Initiative, works with the Boy Scouts and volunteers on the Medway Planning Board.
