My family: is full of inspiring history

My work: I design, sketch, drape, and dress women in beautiful feminine clothing...under my label, Nirva (nirva.com)

My passion:  designing and dancing !

My favorite possession: my photo albums

My hometown: Concord, MA

I’m thinking about: my next trip for my inspiration

Words I live by: laughter is the best medicine

I can’t live without: the beach

I am most proud of: having the experience of living and working in London after college.

What keeps me awake at night: Nothing. I fall asleep before my head hits the pillow!

One thing I never want to do again: highlight my hair with Sun In.

If I could be totally wild, I would: travel constantly all around the world.

I am guilty of: trying to do everything myself.

Right now I’m reading: "The Widow Clicquot: The Story of a Champagne Empire and the Woman Who Ruled It"

The one item that has changed my life: Archie comic books, enticing me to design clothes for Betty and Veronica at the age of 10.

Favorite web site: www.nirva.com

Last major purchase: yards of luscious Italian wool fabric

The nickname I wish I had: nothing. I don't like nicknames for myself.

My theme song: Bamboleo by Gypsy Kings

If I had a vanity plate on my car, it would say: duduz

If I could do it all over again: I would skip middle school.

My favorite body part: my stomach

The food I could eat every day: frozen yoghurt

If I were a superheroine (or fictional heroine), I would be: Aphrodite.. representing love and the sea.

My blog (if applicable): I haven't jumped on the blog bandwagon, and I don't think I will.

The most important thing I ever lost: my aunt at a young age from a brain tumor

The best thing I ever won: great friends

My best friend says I am: creative

I still can’t get the hang of: skating backwards

I wish I’d known: to trust my gut instinct more often.

The world would be a better place, if only: there was more love and less harmful chemicals in the environment.

I’d like to learn to: tango

Something most people don’t know about me: I am addicted to popcorn from a home hot air popper. No salt, no butter!

My mother always said: Something always comes good out of a bad situation.

The worst idea I’ve ever had: to enroll in Chemistry Honors in high school

The smartest woman I know: my mom

My first job: scooping ice cream at Steve's in Harvard Square. By only eating ice cream all day, I lost 10 pounds.

What are you most vain about? my eyebrows

Whose diary would you most like to read? : My great-grandfather's. He narrowly survived the Armenian Genocide because of his carpentry skills.

What do you fear the most: losing the people I love

Best one-liner you ever heard: If you don't like the news, go out and make some!
Always... enjoy life!
Never...wear crocs!

I wish…people would find more happiness in their lives.
